Update an order from Paid → Processing → Ready → Shipped → Delivered. Customers can track the status from the storefront.

Merchant administration
The DL7 master admin key can access every merchant upload area for lockout recovery, oversight and emergency updates. Each merchant can still receive their own separate private key.

Open a merchant manager. Your DL7 master key works in every portal.
Copyright & trademark review queue
Merchant uploads that trigger the IP safety screen are held as Draft until DL7 master administration reviews them. Approval here allows publication; rejection keeps the item private.

Customer support & product issues
DL7 master administration can review every merchant support request. Merchant-specific issues are also visible in that merchant's private portal.

DL7 corporate leadership directory
Edit the public About DL7 corporate leadership profiles, including the Assistant President position. Public email is optional. A private core-team communication/email workspace can be added in a later phase.
Core Team Communications
Planned: a private internal communication area for the CEO, CFO, COO, Secretary and other authorized core members. It will be separate from the public contact/support system and protected by individual access.
